Pierce won’t play; issues at new stadium?

- October 29th, 2012

Buck Pierce’s right shoulder injury is severe enough that he won’t play in Saturday’s regular-season finale against the Montreal Alouettes.

That means either Joey Elliott, Alex Brink or Justin Goltz will get the start, and the Bombers really can’t go wrong with either of them. There are reasons for each of them to start, and here is my story examining that situation for Saturday’s meaningless game to everyone except for the quarterbacks.

I also took a look at Joe Mack’s season as general manager and whether he deserves to continue in the role, and I also spoke to a season-ticket holder who had a seat with an obstructed view at Investors Group Field and thinks there are going to be a lot of unhappy people when they get in their seats.

Speaking of the stadium, the Bombers are having a press conference on Monday for the media to see the new Field Turf and the goal posts.

I personally think it is time to get rid of Joe Mack and pierce . We as bomber fans are tired of 22 years now without a grey cup . And the stupid trades that Mack has made are very frustrating to fans . We have lost a lot of great talent and replaced it with what . As for pierce well how can we condone paying a player who spends half the time on the injured list
