The Sadies: Mike Belitsky, Travis Good, Dallas Good and Sean Dean, are on the Neil Young bill in Kitchener.
From somewhere in the 818 area code, Grandstand Media has been doing an ace job reminding JBNBlog & colleagues Infantree is opening for Neil Young & Crazy Horse on Oct. 6 at our favourite downtown London arena.
Here are some Infantree details:
I hope all is well! I just wanted to follow up on my last email about the band Infantree who will be opening up for Neil Young and Crazy Horse at the John Labatt Centre on October 6th. The foursome recently released their sophomore album “Hero’s Dose” on June 26th and will be hitting Austin City Limits and Voodoo Fest this year in addition to their fall tour dates with Neil Young. They also recently performed their single “Fibber” on Conan which you can check out you here: http://teamcoco.com/video/infantree-fibber
Now here are some comparisons:
Oct. 6 Budweiser Gardens in downtown London: Neil Young & Crazy Horse, Los Lobos, Infantree
Nov. 20 The Aud in K-W: Neil Young & Crazy Horse , Los Lobos, The Sadies
You see the difference in this terrific bill? Infantree here, The Sadies there. Hmm. JBNBlog luvs The Sadies. Edge: K-W.
Which would be your choice of opening acts?
Meanwhile, just a quick refresher quiz about Los Lobos in London.
Just another band from East LA, Los Lobos haven’t played London much . . . for the usual prizes, can you ID their last gig here (as far as JBNBlog knows anyway) & for bonus points, what was unusual about the set list that night?

What incredibly dumb, lazy journalism. This article tells me nothing. About anything.
Well, we will just have to put you down as “undecided” . . . but really don’t stop at nothing. What if I said Kim Simmonds was on the same bill as Los Lobos back in the day & then you take over & figure what Los Lobos might have added their setlist because of that proximity. Your call.
