Just a quick not to say that local hero Jennie Bice, who has been in BC for many a year, is at the Cuckoo’s Nest (Chaucer’s, 122 Carling St.) on Sunday night. Details follow. Jennie seems able to play just about anything on the fiddle & she is paired with Tim Readman this time around.
So get out there on Sunday night & raise a pint while you marvel at all the great folk & roots sounds that are around & abound.
