You would think we live in a day and age where a black couple wouldn’t be refused a wedding because they were, well, a black couple.
Sadly, that’s apparently not the case.
Now, I’m not necessarily up to snuff on racial sensitivities in Mississippi, but it’s hard to find justification for this.
At least the pastor didn’t refuse their marriage outright, but that’s not saying much.
