I started hand writing again because I have no ink left.

I always wanted a little brother.

  3. Paul Carriere | June 18, 2010 at 9:26 am

Because my almost new Lexmark printer is below average

  4. MarkV | June 18, 2010 at 9:48 am

My kids have been on my back to upgrade our printer.
They keep telling me that dot matrix is so yesterday!

  5. Shiraz | June 18, 2010 at 1:03 pm

Because I’ve never discriminated against a Brother.

  6. Greg Laskey | June 18, 2010 at 1:42 pm

I would be nice to have a brother that works for a change.

  7. Nathan Paradon | June 18, 2010 at 2:37 pm

Because it will make me sexy and popular!

Lexmark really suck as far as printers go! Poor resolution, bad fonts, all and all a lousy excuse for a printer.
Get an HP and have the best of the best!!

You stick have one of those? I think dot matrix died in the mid 90′s! :)

  10. Mikey | June 18, 2010 at 4:03 pm

    You still, not stick. :)

I’m in the market for a new Printer and all that I see in the stores are those All in Ones, which are totally useless for me!
Don’t need a copier, scanner, as I have separate hardware and sure don’t need a fax machine. Those are so yesterday!

I used to sell computer hardware and when asked, I would recommend either Brother or HP!

So, pull my name out of the hat and save me from shopping for a new printer! :)

I am entering solely to claim this prize.

    Dear Greg and editors,

I would really like to win the Brother HL-3070CW digital colour printer, not for myself, but for my family. I know Father’s day is tomorrow, but this is something I would like to be able to do for them as a ‘thank you’ for always being there. This would be an incredible surprise for them and the benefits would be many.

In today’s technological age having a colour printer is certainly an advantage if not a necessity in school. The move to digital photos and documents means schools are more inclined to refer students online for what used to be handed out in class. As a result, without the necessary tools, students suffer. Presentation is everything these days and students are marked accordingly.

I can’t count the number of times my children could have benefited from having a colour printer for homework. My wife is returning to school next year and would benefit from having one as well.

On top of the educational benefits, it would be great to print colour documents and photos for family and friends. What’s life without a little colour in it? Please bring some colour into our lives by awarding us this printer!

    Thanks!

With having two sisters, I’ve been itching to have a brother for years!

But seriously, I am certainly deserving of a new printer. As a freelance writer, I demand a great deal from my printer and I need a cutting edge product which can take the punishment. Brother’s name is synonomous with the highest quality … I trust this printer will serve me well for years to come. And, if you would like a glowing critique written about this Brother product, just give me a call!

Hi…we are Bentley and Karter …we are 2.5 years old twin boys. Dad says our diaper bill almost surpasses our food bill. And mom, well she just keeps changing diapers and cleaning up our mess (and dads) and trying to get to Wal-mart for pictures of us. Mom is also trying to revitalize her business….when we let her. Mom is into that natural medicine stuff like acupuncture, etc. She is good at it but is having to learn how to market…the last brochure that she printed off our printer looked like a cartoon gone crazy. We laughed and laughed and then tried to eat it.
Pweese let mom win this printer. And we promise to leave it alone.

Because, boo hoo, my old Brother died, and my new Brother only talks to me in boring, cheerless black and white. I’m desperate for a little “color” in my life. Please send me news that “color” is on the way~~~.

I would LOVE to own the Brother colour printer, currently I don’t own a printer and have to travel back and forth to the town library if I want anything printed. I would like to be able to print pictures of my kids, 2 and 13 years old, (My two year old is growing up so fast and I would love to be able to take pics of him before he starts college, lol) my oldest would really benefit from this printer because he is constantly having to pay for print outs of information and pictures for his school projects, book reports, etc.

  18. Peggy | June 25, 2010 at 6:16 pm

Please let me win the printer. I have a laptop and have to run up and down the stairs every time I wish to print anything. My husband keeps saying to buy my own but when you are a poor little housewife, how can I buy one on my own? My Grandchildren are adorable and would love to print off their pictures when they email to me. So please help this Grandma win. I would be forever grateful! Hugs to you all.

Great! I am really excited about this offer! I was planning to upgrade my old MFC Brother printer. This is the right time to get a new color printer. I have now decided to wait to see the results of the contest. I use the printer for printing materials for the different non-profit organizations, I volunteer. I avoid printing materials, but you know, even with all the technologies, still people love to read from the prints. Though I would prefer to get this prize, I wish all you good luck!

I have been sans printer for quite some time now, and i can tell you with absolute conviction that it is AWFUL. I have to lean on people with printers to do my dirty work for me and as brilliant as that sounds it really isn’t – lots of leg work, lots of saying please and thankyou, lots of whining.. So PLEASE and THANKYOU let me win this lovely little laser printer. I heartily hope to join the ranks of people with printers. My friends are all for it.
