If you’re a mobile computing warrior then you probably carry around all kinds of bits and bytes and miscellaneous accessories that you need or likely you think you’ll need. But with carry-on space being at a premium these days, you sometimes need to think twice about carrying around that one more thing.

So what do you leave it home? The extra pair of shoes, socks or underwear?  Or maybe, the second camera, extra cables or maybe, the mousepad?

Now if it’s the first few things, then the good folks at Smartfish Technologies probably can’t help you, but if it’s your mouse pad, then they have a nifty solution. They’ve created the Mouse Pad Travel Pouch. Clever really. It’s a 9-inch in diameter mousepad that simply zips up, so in a jiffy,  you can grab your mouse and everything and anything else you can stuff in it and head off.

Selling for $14.95, it comes in blue or black and it’s made from padded neoprene material. It’s ideal not only for sitting under the surface of your mouse, it also acts as added padding and protection for items both inside and outside your backpack or suitcase. It also has a snap handle, so instead of packing it you can just attach it to your carry case.

Since you’re probably using extra little carry cases and pouches anyway, why not use one that can do double-duty?
