Air Canada says sorry, offers online promo codes

- June 17th, 2011

AirCanada Thank You

In an effort to say the are sorry and to offer thanks to their customers for their patience and loyalty, Air Canada sent an email to their subscribers offering them a special promo code enabling them to get a 15% discount on upcoming travel when booked at AirCanada.com.

AirCanada Thank You2

The code THANKYOU allows for the discount to be applied on any Air Canada destination within Canada or the US between June 17 and December  9, 2011. There are some restrictions. The booking must be made by June 19th and is valid only on Air Canada operated flights. This means that any flights that are codeshare, ie: where 2 airlines share a flight, and in this case not operated by Air Canada, are excluded.

More Discounts 15% & 30%, Today Only

A quick surf to Air Canada’s site and you’ll find another discount code F4BED291, offering 15% off North America and 30% off selected cities – today only.

So, if you’re planning on making a booking soon, best thing to do is to head right to Air Canada’s website and check it out. A trip can make a nice Father’s Day gift.

In any event, while there are still unresolved issues, the good news is that the labour dispute, at least for now, has been resolved. And that’s a good thing. These days, it takes so long to get through the airport and on to your destination these as it is.
