One of the Internet’s most famous cats, Colonel Meow, died Wednesday.
The announcement was made on the feline’s Facebook page on Thursday:
It’s only been a month and a half since we reported here at Canoe Tech Blog about Facebook’s announcing its intentions to acquire Instagram for a hefty $1 billion. Instagram is a free mobile camera app that allows you to quickly select take, edit and share photos quickly and easily. At the time, they said that they would keep Instagram operating as a separate entity. So why is it that today they released their own branded app, Facebook Camera (for iOS devices) which could be viewed as a direct competitor?
I have to admit I don’t use a printer as often as I have in the past, but there are certainly times when one comes in handy, especially when one that’s feature full and value-priced and actually gives you a few little extras for you never expected.
The iPhone 4 has a frankly stunning built-in camera. 5 megapixels, tweakable focus, an LED flash, and of course the best screen available in Apple’s Retina Display. But what about 3G and 3GS owners? Well, there are apps out there that won’t make your phone’s pictures any sharper, but will certainly add a stylish touch to even the most mundane photos.
