I can count on one thing: My readers won’t be shy when they think I’m on the wrong track.
This blog was originally a forum for talking about pop culture and my role at lfpress.com. It has expanded since then — I’m up for pretty much any discussion, although the talk here tends to be about journalism, politics and life’s inherent absurdities. Even pink-lemonade pie.
I love my readers. They are wise and funny and some of them have even become my friends offline. They are the best thing that ever happened to this blog.
About me: I’m a Coldstream native currently residing in Poplar Hill. I’ve lived in England and Africa, as well as every region in Canada (except the North). London is my favourite city.
I’m married to a raven-haired, curvy Italian lass who is also a web journalist. She goes by the name M’Lady around here.
As for the dry resume details, I have worked online since 2003. Before that, I worked in television. Before that, it was a mess of newspapers. I’ve been a journalist since 1992. Ask me and we can talk about it.
