Could the seemingly endless debate over a possible performing-arts centre for London be nearing an end? Will the city go for the Grand expansion? I certainly give them high marks for ambition.

Not so sure the end has arrived on the performing arts debate. Depends what the Western Fair will do with their old IMAX site, Aeolian with their idea of possible expansion, the old McCormick’s site and surrounding development district.
