Thunderstorms have always been my favourite kind of weather. You gotta love a day that starts with a good downpour.
The storm blew through downtown about 45 minutes ago (it’s about 9:15 a.m. as I write this on Wednesday). The sky got dark as night and it poured intensely for a few minutes. Over the phone, M’Lady says there was hail in Poplar Hill.
Now the sky is growing light again. Did the storm blow through your neighbourhood?

It was pouring rain for about an hour, and then it started to thunder and there was a lot of lightning. The thunderstorm itself lasted for about 25 minutes. It didn’t get too dark.
