A former Liberal candidate seems to be ramping up his potential bid for party leadership.
David Bertschi , an Ottawa-based litigation lawyer, has been weighing running and on Tuesday, he’ll be speaking to the Economic Club of Canada.
In the 2011 general election, he ran against Tory MP Royal Galipeau in the Ottawa-Orleans riding, coming in second, short roughly 4,000 votes.
