About Kris
Started talking at 12 months of age and hasn’t hushed up since. Born and raised in Hope, BC, home of Rambo: First Blood, she is true to her rural roots. Sims has covered Parliament Hill and federal affairs for more than a decade, working as a staffer, producer and a reporter for talk radio and TV in Ottawa.
Interests include: crime, the armed forces, personal freedom, x-files and the culture war. She won journalism awards in ninth and twelfth grades but so far her trophy case contains only large salmon.
