One of the leaders of the radical student protester group, Jeanne Reynolds, just received an award, from the province’s lieutenant-governor if you please:
One of the highest-profile spokespeople from the radical student group CLASSE was actually honored by Quebec’s lieutenant-governor over the weekend.
Jeanne Reynolds, who’s on record as encouraging civil disobedience in the wake of the passage of Bill 78, was given a medal at a ceremony in St-Hyacinthe for her good grades, and her hundreds of hours of volunteer work.
The 20-year-old is a student at the College Valleyfield, one of the first schools whose students went on strike.
