Mayor Rob Ford’s office loves releasing Twitter pictures of the mayor doing things.
Ford’s press secretary George Christopoulos took to Twitter last night to release a photo of the mayor “working” in his hospital bed (see above photo). I put working in quotation marks because I have no way of knowing if the mayor is actually working or what’s on those papers.

What’s the message from the mayor’s office here? Pretty simple: Despite being in hospital, Mayor Ford is TCB.
Whether that’s true or not, that’s the message his staff is pushing.

a good example of this is the way he rejected a new Subway expansion saying it was too expensive instead of adding and finding financing solutions and labour, he walked away

Being in hospital bed can be boring and you are better off attending to work in order to keep you busy!
Many a councilor’s chatter during the council meetings shows that their musings at work place are a waste of time. Unthoughtful and reactionary.
We also found many a councilor while able bodied and fit, missing from work. AWOL as Levy put it.

Grant it, this quote may be true, but than again Rob Ford has not been Mayor for 70 years, that would make his age approximately 103 years old. The councillor’s of the City of Toronto would
rather spew nonsense than constructive coversation, collecting their proverbial pay cheques.
When this Mayor has had as much criticism from the public, more than any other I am
aware of, only indicates to me he’s doing a dam good job.
I challenge any Councillor to date to run for the Mayor’s position……..afraid one might lose
their cushy $100,grand income and perks………I thought so.
our mayor is terrific…There is nothing to do in hospital…..These evil parasites have a problem with someone being sick…? They are evil..They do not want our city to succeed…Our mayor Rob Ford wants our city to succeed..and that is why a majority of taxpayers and businesses support him.

Look at the terrible things these people say about Mr. Rob Ford. here’s the guy, sick, and not even one person wished him well. Selfish, hateful, armchair politicians need to get over their opinions for a second and get back to being human beings for five minutes. Get well soon Rob!
As long as he remains in the hospital bed he means no harm for the city
