Round 2 of Tommy Europe’s Shred Bootcamp was bigger, better … and tougher.
More than 110 fitness enthusiasists — mostly women — got their butts kicked last Sunday at the University of Alberta in Edmonton.

The muscular ex-CFLer, who lives in Vancouver, promises to return to Edmonton next year for Round 3 of his Shred Bootcamp — most likely in the spring. Stay tuned to this blog in the coming months for more details and another chance to win tickets.
