Clash of fitness titans?

So I asked Tommy Europe — the no-nonsense host of Slice TV’s The Last 10 Pounds Bootcamp and Bulging Brides — if he’s going to go easy on me this Sunday.

There was a millisecond of silence on the other end of the phone. Then Tommy started laughing.

Not the response I was expecting.

“Well,” I continued (once the laughter subsided), “maybe what I need is a good kick in the pants.”

Tommy replied in agreement: “It’s good for you.”

We’ll see.

Tommy, of course, will be in Alberta this coming weekend for a pair of Shred Bootcamps.

I’ll be at World Health in downtown Edmonton on the afternoon of Feb. 20, when the former CFLer pulls out his megaphone and proceeds to put me and about 100 other gluttons for punishment through our paces.

“I’ll be barking orders and pushing people along,” Tommy promises.

“The main thing that I wanted to do with Shred Bootcamp is show people you can use bodyweight and it’s still resistance training. And you’re going to see different ways you can push your body and the tempo that you can work at and you’ll surprise yourself.”

The full-body workout will last about an hour.

Tommy hinted I will likely have to bust out the Rub A535 muscle relaxant afterwards.

“You’re going to be kinda sore after a few days,” he says with a laugh.

I’m not liking that devilish laugh.

“But it’s going to be a lot of fun,” he added.

Yeah, for him.

    To whom it may concern,

This letter is in reference to becoming a food vendor at your events, clash of fitness.
The business name is, Arts Healthy Slice. This pizzazz pizza is a lot
healthier to consume then the average pizza. My special organic blend
is in my dough and my sauce. I incorporate elements that increase the
Fiber in my pizzazz pizza.  I even trademark my logo and the word
Fiberlicious. I’ve been in business since 2006. Through this journey
I’ve edited some videos on you tube under naturalpizzazz. These videos
are live surveys of peoples’ opinions after they have eaten my pizzas.
I’ve always envisioned my business growing through building my
demographics.  Now in 2011, I’m mobile with my wood oven that I’ve
mounted on a six x ten trailers; this allows me to reach my business
    goal.

My menu consists of my pizzas, empanadas and even desserts. This all
included my specials toppings and ingredients. My prices range from
$3-$5 per empanadas and desserts. My eight inch personal pizza costs
$8-$15 or $4-$6 dollars by the slice.

With my vendors permit, I can pay $91 per event or $1,000 yearly fee.
My liability insurance is from a company called Anthony Insurance. My
policy is for a $1,000,000 dollars for one day is $50.

My email address is artspizzazz@gmail.comand my contact number is
