Fitness doesn’t have to be complicated.
Just ask Brena Price.
The fit 29-year-old Pittsburgh-born dancer who plays Bert in the Sesame Street Live touring production of “1-2-3 Imagine! with Elmo & Friends” offers the following three fitness tips:
1. Make fitness fun. Otherwise, you’re going to get bored and it’s not going to work.
2. Change your routine as often as you can. Changing it up is good for your muscles and your mind.
3. No matter what you do, be consistent.

It’s true. Keeping fitness exciting will ensure you keep it up.
I would hope that someone who plays in a seasame street play could have fun while they exercise. That is so cool. It is a really great point too. Its so much easier to motivate yourself when you enjoy working out.
Staying fit is all about enjoying taking the time to exercise. If you don’t like working out, you will have a harder time staying in shape. Use your imagination to come up with ways to make your next work out session a bit more fun.
