Tommy Europe kicked my butt — and the butts of dozens of other Edmontonians — in February when he brought his Shred Bootcamp to Alberta's capital. The tough-love personal trainer returns this weekend (Oct. 2) for Round 2.

Tommy Europe, the no‐nonsense drill sergeant and host of popular fitness shows The Last 10 Pounds Bootcamp and Bulging Brides, is slated to hit Edmonton this Sunday to dish out another butt-kicking workout.

His gut-busting Shred Bootcamp is set for the University of Alberta’s Butterdome.

And I’ve got a pair of passes to give to one lucky reader.

-1• 11:30 a.m. — Registration will open

• Noon — Q & A / Meet & Greet will begin

• 12:30 p.m. — SHRED Bootcamp will start

• 1:45 p.m. — Meet & Greet continues

    I was at his last bootcamp and it was great!!! I would love to go again this time. I will be doing the 5km run for the cure that same morning and I’d love to make it a whole day of fitness :)

    I am in a constant struggle with 20lbs. of annoying excess weight.
    I have watched Tommy on The Last 10 Pounds and his encouragement is exactly what I need and appreciate when working out and trying to overcome a plateau.

    My life has become pretty overwhelming lately and upon injuring myself over the summer, I have fallen out of my regular (somewhat vigourous) workout routine. Furthermore, I have just began my journey back in university and consequently my funds are a little low for the type of workout classes and training sessions I could really benefit from.

    I would LOVE the opportunity to work with Tommy and feel it would be the perfect motivator to get me back on track and take the next step to a healthier and more fit ME!

    I have been working out 5 days a week for the last month or so. This bootcamp would be a welcome change to my routine. I’ve never done a bootcamp, and am looooong overdue for a good buttkicking!
