Work out with your partner this Valentine’s Day

With just five days until Valentine’s Day, it’s a perfect time to schedule a fun and interactive workout with that special someone.

Veteran personal trainer Jessica Matthews – certified through ACE (American Council on Exercise) – suggests spicing things up with medicine balls and yoga moves.

You’re sure to work up a sweat and get those endorphins pumping. Then you’ll associate those feel-good hormones with your partner – and that’s a good thing.
