Bonus fitness tips from yoga goddess

Here are some bonus tips from the Los Angeles-based yoga goddess:

• Follow your heart. “Find something that you really love to do. If you love being outdoors, commit to hikes, long walks, surfing, biking — whatever it is that cheers you up while breaking a sweat.”

• Yoga, of course, is another option. “Yoga is a fantastic mind-body experience that keeps the brain entertained, soothes stress and sculpts a fabulous figure.”

• But whatever you do, just keep it fresh. “Mix it up if you get bored and check out online resources. They’re growing by the day and they’re amazing! OMG! Celebulite! (Celebrity Cellulite)

Check out this video that actress Lisa Ann Walter put together about Celebulite (aka Celebrity Cellulite).

The video is Lisa’s satirical take on the media’s completely ludicrous coverage of celebrities and their bodies, according to her publicist. It stars a few of her famous friends, namely Lea Thompson, Zoe Deutch, Lisa Rinna, Heather McDonald, Louis Van Amstel, Rosa Blasi and MaryMargaret Humes.

Lisa Ann Walter is an actress, comic, and the creator and executive producer of the Oxygen network’s Dance Your Ass Off. Walter has a new book out, THE BEST THING ABOUT MY ASS IS THAT IT’S BEHIND ME. It’s a hilarious romp about her journey to self-acceptance in size 0 Hollywood. Best known for her work in movies like The Parent Trap, Shall We Dance, and Killers, she is also a well-known name on the stand-up comedy circuit. She lives in Los Angeles with her four children.

‘Queen of Pilates’ opens new California studio

LOS ANGELES — Fitness expert Mari Winsor (www.winsorfit.com), lovingly known as the “Queen of Pilates,” opens a Pilates studio at 2530-B San Vicente Blvd., in Brentwood, Calif.

You gotta love getting ripped with Love

Her popular boot camp workout apparently inspired one student to shed 84 pounds.
