Pilates-ballet-cardio fusion new kid on hybrid block

It all started with Tae Bo — Billy Blanks’ cardio-style melding of taekwondo and boxing, which went mainstream in the late 1990s.

More than a decade later, we’ve got piloxing (Pilates and boxing), YAS (yoga and spinning) and a host of other hybrid workouts.
