Round 2 of Tommy Europe’s Shred Bootcamp was bigger, better … and tougher.
More than 110 fitness enthusiasists — mostly women — got their butts kicked last Sunday at the University of Alberta in Edmonton.
Here’s a look back at all the sweaty fun:
First, came the warm-up ...
... which was a hearty dose of ...
… ZUMBA!

And thanks, of course, to the no-nonsense drill sergeant, who made time to pose for photos with fans, including Jen Hamel and her mom Kathy Anderson, who won tickets through this blog. (Photo by Cary Castagna)
Tommy Europe also generously made some time to kick my butt one more time — in a post-bootcamp posedown!
The muscular ex-CFLer, who lives in Vancouver, promises to return to Edmonton next year for Round 3 of his Shred Bootcamp — most likely in the spring. Stay tuned to this blog in the coming months for more details and another chance to win tickets.
Tommy Europe kicked my butt — and the butts of dozens of other Edmontonians — in February when he brought his Shred Bootcamp to Alberta's capital. The tough-love personal trainer returns this weekend (Oct. 2) for Round 2.
Tommy Europe, the no‐nonsense drill sergeant and host of popular fitness shows The Last 10 Pounds Bootcamp and Bulging Brides, is slated to hit Edmonton this Sunday to dish out another butt-kicking workout.
His gut-busting Shred Bootcamp is set for the University of Alberta’s Butterdome.
And I’ve got a pair of passes to give to one lucky reader.
To win, all you have to do is be the first to post a short comment below explaining why you want Tommy Europe to kick your butt.

Don’t fret if you don’t win. It looks like tickets to Sunday’s throwdown are still available.
