The reason for this increase is that people are rushing to avoid potential legislation banning something that they feel they have a right to own.
Governments always do what they can to try to appease the electorate regardless as to whether it makes sense or not.
These mass murders will continue to go on as long as society turns a blind eye to mental illness.
If Obama wanted to do something constructive….. He should give authorities more rights to arrest and assess people who are exhibiting disturbing behavior. Those people should have any weapons taken away and put on a “no buy” list until they are proven sane.

Morgan was fired for fabricating stories from a paper involved in illegally hacking phones. That speaks volumes but the fact CNN hired him speaks even louder to their lack of ethics
Morgan appears to be crafting a career based on being a punching bag for anyone with a lick of reason. I think Uncle Ted went too easy on him. It’s time to tell these neurotc gun phobics, in no uncertain terms to stop blaming innocent people for the crimes of madmen. What Ted should have done was ask Morgan why he, thinks a drugged up psycho would obey gun laws any more than sensation seeking media panderers obey the privacy laws in the UK and elsewhere.

I’m sure that Ted Nugent, was he to have any inkling whatsoever of who your left wing highly insignificant self is, is thanking God that you don’t live next to him as well. Christ, I’m thanking the all mighty that you don’t live next to me. You, on the other hand, should be praying to God that some of us who understand firearms, see them as simply the tools they are and are quite adept at safely handling them, move in next to you to save your ass when it hits the fan and you are cowering behind your furniture.
