Frankly, I’d be surprised if she gets anything like that at Scotiabank Place. Which begs the question, can Ottawa afford Madonna?

I will never in a million years pay 300 bucks to see Madonna. If I was going to spend 300 dollars on something other than say property taxes it would not be for a show. Maybe a trip. Lasts longer.
