The teaser of the film adaptation of E. L. James’ 2011 erotic novel, starring  Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson, debuted this morning on the Today Show, with the full trailer posted online moments later. It includes a few obligatory scenes of a cut Dornan without his shirt and a sneak peek at those S&M romps his character Christian Grey is famous for.

The trailer opens with Johnson, who plays the innocent Anastasia Steele, inside a stark white Grey Enterprises, decked out in her finest frumpy cardigan before meeting the man who will, ugh, rock her world?

The movie, directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson, hits theatres February 13, 2015.

And for all the Beyonce fans out there, the trailer features a very slowed-down version of Crazy In Love. It’s barely  recognizable.

In this upside-down viral clip of the movie Her, the actor’s forehead wrinkles appear to form a new face, while the hair on his head are flipped to look like a reddish beard.

Yeah, that’s the beauty of a good actor. You see something new each time.

Jennifer Aniston gets filthy in ‘Horrible Bosses 2’ trailer

- July 3rd, 2014

Jennifer Aniston is one dirty lady in Horrible Bosses 2 – but it’s not what you think.

It’s actually worse.

In the trailer for the sequel to 2011’s dark comedy about a group of friends who conspire to kill their nightmarish bosses, Aniston – who plays Dr. Julia Harris, a walking sexual harassment lawsuit and boss to Dale (Charlie Day) – steals the show once again.

In one scene in the trailer, Nick (Jason Bateman) tells Aniston’s character he has to use the bathroom, to which she responds “You’re welcome to do that one me.”  She seems fine with him doing something else to her too, but it’s best to just watch the video to find out what that is.

Fans of the original will be happy to see that  nearly the whole cast has been reunited. Bateman, Charlie Day, Jason Sudeikis, Jamie Foxx, and Kevin Spacey are back, which isn’t too surprising, considering the original made over $117 million worldwide at the box office.

Horrible Bosses 2 is set to open in theatres on November 26, 2014.

Watch: Brittany Murphy’s final movie trailer ‘Something Wicked’

- April 1st, 2014

Four years after her death, the trailer for Brittany Murphy’s final movie has been released.

The clip, for the indie thriller Something Wicked, features young couple Christine and James (John Robinson and One Tree Hills’ Shantel VanSanten) taunted by a stalker after surviving a fatal car accident. Murphy plays a psychiatrist who becomes clearly rattled in a clip near the end of the trailer, with mascara running down her face and warning, “There’s evil in this house. I saw it with my own eyes.”

The movie was filmed in 2009, the year Murphy died of pneumonia and drug intoxication,  and according to producer/screenwriter Joe Colleran, contains some of her best work.

“There’s an important scene where her character is unraveling and she spent a long time getting ready and focused and went for it,” Colleran told USA Today in 2011. “Personally, I think it’s one of the best scenes of her career.”

Something Wicked will premiere in Eugene, Ore. – where it was filmed – on April 4 and will open in Portland and Seattle, WA. and other west coast U.S. cities in the coming weeks.

According to the movie’s official Facebook page, a wider release will depend on fan reaction and word of mouth.

The film also stars Pretty Little Liars’ Julian Morris.

Bradley Cooper proves Louis C.K. dead wrong

- March 20th, 2014

Comedian Louis C.K. is a smart guy who usually makes a lot of sharp, accurate observations. Just not this time.

In a mash-up video, posted to Reddit, Louis complains about the young, would-be famous actors he sees on Inside the Actors Studio.

In the chat, originally recorded in 2008 with British comic Stephen Merchant, Louis has some bad news for the acting students who take part in the Q&A portion of the show to ask advice on how to make it in Hollywood.

“It always occurs to me, you know when an actor stands up in the audience and says, ‘I’m an actor, what can I do?’ and asks Sean Penn or whoever. ‘What can I do to reach your level, or whatever,” he said to Merchant. “And you just want to say, ‘That’s it. You’ll never be famous. You’ll never be famous. There’s no way you asked Sean Penn a question and then you’re gonna be huge.’”

Cue the clip of Bradley Cooper asking Sean Penn a question on Inside the Actor’s Studio back in 1999.

Cooper beat the odds after all:

Cooper and Louis C.K. most recently worked together in American Hustle. Cooper played Richie DiMaso, the wild, ambitious undercover agent to Louis C.K.’s buzzkill Stoddard Thorsen.
