Kate’s nasty teeth
The New Republic, an American magazine, is getting some flack for it’s cover, which features a Photoshopped image of the Duchess of Cambridge with some icky looking teeth.
One person on the Daily Mail story about the controversial cover called it a “cheap, cheap shot and very rude.”
Another person wrote, “No fan of the royals or Kate either, but it’s a shameful abuse of photoshop taking very cheap and nasty shot at the royals, Kate and Brits in general. I agree with the person who said they should be sued.”
The Mirror called it a “hideous make-under.”
Many articles have noted the duchess spent thousands to get the perfect smile last year.
Now that’s some expensive toast
A slice of toast stolen from the breakfast tray of Prince Charles on the day he married Diana is up for sale.
The toast could see bids up to $790, the Daily Mail reports.
The bread was left uneaten by the prince ahead of his wedding, and was taken from the tray by the mother of a maid who was visiting her daughter.
Prince Charles turns into a frog
A new species of frog has been named after the Prince of Wales.
The Hyloscirtus Princecharlesi — or Prince Charles Stream Tree Frog — was identified by Dr. Luis A. Coloma in 2008. On Thursday, the prince and long-time environmentalist, was given a replica of the black and orange amphibian.
