Is this the smoothest grade-schooler you’ve ever seen?

- May 18th, 2014

Most grade-schoolers pass notes in class.

This kid is passing out foul balls to win over older ladies.

It all went down during the Toronto Blue Jays and Texas Rangers game on Saturday, one kid in the crowd asked for a foul ball from Blue Jays third base coach Luis Rivera in the top of the fourth inning.

But the little dude already had a game ball in his other hand, which he did a great job of hiding from Rivera.

Watch these silky smooth ball skills.

The kid instantly turns around and gives the new ball to an older — but still relitively young — girl sitting just behind him to show his bros how the bait-and-switch is done.

This whole scene is a thing of beauty

By now, unfortunately, the blonde who got the foul ball has seen the video online, and maybe is less impressed by the little guy.

I, however, am still pleased by the kid, and feel a salute is in order.

Keep it up bud, you have a promising career in wheeling-and-dealing ahead of you.
