The fans in Buffalo have always had, unique, ways of showing their love for the Bills.
Jack Meredith, a 32-year-old Buffalo Bills fan, decided the best way for him to illustrate just how much he adores the club was to tattoo the face of the late owner Ralph Wilson on his right arm.
The hardcore Bills fans explained his decision to get the ink of Wilson to ESPN.
“We wouldn’t have the team without him,” he said. “And so I felt it would be nice to pay tribute to him.”
A bit extreme, maybe, but some serious dedication and sound reasoning nevertheless.
But it doesn’t end there, apparently Meredith wants to get a tattoo of former Bills quarterback Jim Kelly to join Wilson, and a logo of the Bills on his left arm.
“Some people think I’m crazy,” Meredith told ESPN. “I don’t care. It’s my arm.”
Hopefully this isn’t Meredith’s throwing arm, or else he’ll be out of commission from beer league football for a while.
