Eagles fan spits on Saints troll after NFC wild card game

- January 6th, 2014

Philadelphia Eagles fans were spittin’ mad after their team’s loss to the New Orleans Saints in Saturday’s NFC wild card game.

Literally.

Moments after Shayne Graham kicked the game-winning field goal as time ticked away, a celebrating Saints fan — Nicholls State tight end Nick Scelfo — was rubbing the victory in the faces of Philly fans at Lincoln Financial Field.

One man took exception to Scelfo’s jubilation and threatened to spit on him if the cheering continued. It did, and the angry fan followed through on his promise.

That’s where the video above cuts out, but Scelfo later said the loogie resulted in a fight.

“rubbing the victory in the faces of Philly fans”. Cheering on his team. Bunch of sore losers. We don’t act like that in New Orleans. We don’t hate. We congratulate.
