Richard Sherman may have helped the Seattle Seahawks win the NFC title game, but he just lost a lot of respect from football fans across the planet.

In what has to be one of the oddest post-game interviews in recent memory, Sherman snaps as soon as FOX sideline reporter Erin Andrews asks him to take her through the final play of the game (a brilliant swat to teammate Malcolm Smith on a last minute lob from 49eres QB Colin Kaepernick) .

“Well, I’m the best corner in the game!” Sherman says, yelling at the camera in the process with a scary-serious look on his face. “Don’t you ever talk about me!”

Apparently Sherman wasn’t too happy with some comments that were thrown his way from 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree during Sunday night’s game.

“Crabtree…don’t you open your mouth about the best!”

You really can’t make this kind of stuff up.

Richard Sherman folks, pure class all the way.

I’m guessing the Denver Broncos just gained a whole bunch of supporters for the big game in East Rutherford on Feb. 2.

Oh yeah, lets all jump on the guy for a ‘heat of the moment’ comment(directly after the game).
I’m sure there was trash talk coming from both sides.

These guys play on pure emotion and that doesn’t always filter down when you’re still in ‘beast mode’.

I’m not even a seahawks fan, but I wish them the best of luck in the SB!
