ECHL’s Condors asking for bras, underwear for ‘Undie Sunday’

This is just getting out of hand.

The ECHL’s Bakersfield Condors are at it again, as they announced Thursday that their April 13th game against the Las Vegas Wranglers will be ‘Undie Sunday‘.

The team is encouraging fans to “bring your new, clean bras and boxers” to throw onto the ice when the team scores its first goal. The garments will be donated to charity.

OK, then.

If you haven’t heard of the Bakersfield Condors you’ve surely heard about their publicity stunts.

They’re the pro hockey team that brought a live condor onto the ice for the national anthem.

And offered Justin Bieber a tryout contract.

And featured a frozen turkey bowling event.

The list of ridiculous promotions goes on and on.

So mark April 13th on your calendar. I’m sure nothing will go wrong.
