It seems Charles Barkley can say whatever he wants.
The Round Mound of Rebound, now an NBA pundit with TNT, earlier this season took aim at an NFLer for allegedly exposing his genitals in public.
Fair enough, right?
Now, Barkley has a village of women after him. They aren’t after him with pitchforks and flames just yet, but we expect this clip to slowly make the rounds.
During Tuesday night’s TNT broadcast, Sir Charles called a boat load of South Texas women fat – the cardinal sin for a man.
The reason? Well, there was no reason other than the panel was teeing up a San Antonio Spurs game.
“There are some big ole women down there,” Barkley told the panel. “That’s a gold mine for Weight Watchers.”
“And Victoria is definitely a secret. They aren’t wearing no Victoria’s Secret (lingerie) down there.
“They are wearing big ole bloomers down there. Ain’t nothing skimpy down in San Antonio.”
As Barkley’s nickname denotes, there’s nothing skimpy about Barkley, either.
This could have something to do with the fact the 51-year-old Hall of Famer ended his career with the Houston Rockets, the Spurs’ in-state rival.
Or, maybe Barkley just doesn’t like San Antonians.
One thing’s for sure, Barkley believes he knows more about San Antonio than Canada.
Following the NBA’s decision late last month to ban Clippers owner Donald Sterling for life, should the league come after Barkley for disparaging — borderline objectifying — an entire city of women?
