Pittsburgh Penguins cheap shot artist James Neal was roasted Monday night on Twitter, which isn’t anything new.
But it’s a bit comical when an NHL team sets itself up for failure.
Neal, who was suspended five games earlier this season for kneeing Boston Bruins winger Brad Marchand in the head (WATCH IT HERE), was hung out to dry by the Pens when they hosted an #AskNeal Twitter chat with their polarizing hard man.
Check out some of the beauties the Twitter world tossed out Monday night:

James, there’s a girl I really like and I want to impress her. Should I cross-check her in the face, or knee her in the head? #AskNeal

#AskNeal what part of the stick should I be holding to really lay a good cross check to someone’s head?

To Neal’s credit, he brushed off the above criticism with ease to end the night.
Thanks for all the great questions today. I’m overwhelmed by all the support. #AskNeal #
