Video: Marshawn Lynch unleashes Beast Mode in Brazil

- February 17th, 2014

Starting to wonder if Beast Mode has an off switch.

Or even a mute button.

Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch, who made Beast Mode a household word, clearly stays amped up even when he’s not making the Denver Broncos look like bumbling idiots.

Check out the video of Lynch laying out some poor Brazilian dude who was attending a camp in Rio de Janeiro put on by some group called American Football Without Barriers. And then giving the stunned newbie a little Beast Mode ‘tude.

You’ll notice the next guy in the drill learns quickly that it might be a good idea to avoid Lynch’s, uh, teachings.

Interestingly, the AFWB website has this catchy little phrase on its homepage:

NFL PLAYERS INTRODUCE AMERICAN FOOTBALL IN BRAZIL WITH A HUMANITARIAN MESSAGE

If that’s Lynch being a humanitarian, I’d hate to see when he really goes off.

Nice write up. Lynch was the only one that made the Broncos look good, rushing for a measly 39 yds. Watch the game next time.

@Sean I think Dave was being sarcastic.
