Tequila ice cream from Rosewood Resorts

TEQUILA ICE CREAM - Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort  Ingredients  8 cups                   whole milk 2.75 cups             whipping cream 2 cups                   sugar 1 cup                     corn syrup  1 cup                     powdered milk 5 fl oz                    tequila   Method:  Boil milk and cream, turn off the fire and mix with all the rest ingredients. Cool, and  pour into the canister of an ice cream maker and freeze according the directions of the machine.

The United States celebrates National Tequila Day on July 24, but it’s the Mexicans who know this liquor better than anyone else.
